Q. How can I become a member?

 A.  You can become a member by visiting our registration page.  Click here.

Q. How do I cancel a membership?

To cancel your membership log in to the website and click on Edit Profile. Click on Continue until you come to Member Registration Update (Choose membership Plan). Change your Subscription Status to Cancel and click on Continue. Then follow the instructions on the screen to finalize.

Q. How does the video subscription compare with hiring a personal trainer?

A. The cost of an elite trainer can range between $120-$160 per hour. With our unique format, you will be able to get the same results on your home or mobile media player.

Q. How will I be billed as a member?

A. There are 4 membership options in addition to a pay per video option.

• 1 month: recurring

• 2 months: recurring

• 3 months: recurring

• 6 months: non-recurring

At the registration page you can choose which membership best fits your budget.

Q. Why is my application for membership rejected?

A. You may not physically be in the country the card was issued in. Solution: Use a card issued in the country you are trying to join from.

A. There may be issues with your credit card, make sure that your card is active with a current expiration date. If you are still having issues with your card, contact your credit card company.
